Insurance and certificates of insurance for your rental
Some venues need proof of insurance before an inflatable can be delivered. More Bounce carries Commercial General Liability on an Occurrence form through West Bend Mutual Insurance Company. The verified certificate limits and policy period are listed below.
If your park, school, church, HOA, or company event needs a certificate of insurance (COI), email the venue’s written requirements to info@morebounceindy.com or call (317) 978-6040 and say you need a COI. Clean. Safe. Reliable.

A certificate of insurance is information only. It does not amend, extend, or alter the coverage afforded by the policies. The sample certificate holder on the internal copy is More Bounce itself. For a venue job, the venue supplies the certificate-holder and any additional-insured details it wants named.
Whether an additional-insured endorsement can be added depends on the venue’s exact written requirement. Ask us to review that wording. We will review whether we can meet it. We do not promise an additional-insured endorsement on this page.
Backyard parties vs parks, schools, churches, HOAs, and corporate events
For a private backyard or home party, the city is usually not asking the host for a certificate. Many backyard bookings go forward without a COI request. If you are unsure, ask us.
Park pavilions, school field days, church festivals, HOA commons, and company picnics are different. Those organizers are the ones who typically must show a COI, and sometimes the venue asks to be named as additional insured. That is a common venue practice. It is not a promise that More Bounce coverage automatically satisfies every park board, school district, or HOA rule.
We rent for birthdays, church events, charity events, corporate events, school field days, camps, and similar gatherings. Insurance paperwork is often the missing step for venue jobs. We deliver to Westfield, Noblesville, Carmel, Fishers, Zionsville, and north Indianapolis when the site is serviceable. Delivery does not mean we are pre-approved by any park department.

What a COI request usually includes
Before you email us, gather what the venue asked for. This checklist is for you to fill in. It is not a list of More Bounce policy terms.
- Event date, delivery address, and venue name
- Who asked for the certificate (park board, school, church, HOA, company, or other)
- Exact additional-insured name and address as the venue wrote it
- Any wording the venue insists on (attach their instructions when you can)
- Date they need the certificate back
Certificates of insurance are available on request for park, school, church, HOA, and corporate events. Email the venue’s written requirements to info@morebounceindy.com. We do not publish a turnaround time, overnight guarantee, or COI fee on this page. Ask us about timing when you send the request.
What we will not guess
- We do not claim Medical Expense, Automobile Liability, Umbrella/Excess, or Workers Compensation coverage from lines that are blank on the sample certificate. This page only states the Commercial General Liability facts verified above.
- A COI does not mean a city special-event permit is satisfied, that venue approval is automatic, or that every venue requirement is met merely because a certificate exists.
- We do not state that an additional-insured endorsement is available until we review the venue’s exact written requirement.
- A certificate is information only and does not amend, extend, or alter the policy.
- An optional damage waiver may be available with your rental. The damage waiver is not liability insurance and is not a COI. We do not describe its price or coverage on this page. Leaving equipment unattended can void the damage waiver, as noted on our things to know about your event rental page.
How to request a certificate
Email info@morebounceindy.com with the checklist above, or call (317) 978-6040. Use the contact page if that is easier.
Book the rental online as usual. A COI request does not replace the 20% deposit or the quote. A certificate is not automatic on every order. Reserve the date on morebounceindy.com after you know what the venue needs for insurance.

Permits are the host’s responsibility. Park and HOA permit steps for Westfield, Noblesville, Carmel, and nearby cities are not on this page. A related park and HOA permit guide is planned as a future page. We are not linking that URL yet so we do not create a broken link.

Insurance and COI FAQ
Are More Bounce inflatable rentals insured?

Can you send a certificate of insurance?
Yes. Certificates of insurance are available on request. Email the venue’s written requirements to info@morebounceindy.com or call (317) 978-6040. We do not offer a public download of the sample certificate on this site.
Can you add my park, school, church, HOA, or company as additional insured?
Ask us to review the venue’s exact written requirement. We will review whether we can meet it. We do not promise an additional-insured endorsement on this page.
Do I need a COI for a backyard birthday?
Usually the venue is not asking for one at a private home. We do not require every backyard host to order a certificate. If someone still asks you for paperwork, email us and we will help sort it out.
Do I need a COI for a park, school, church, or HOA event?
The venue often requires it. Ask the park board, school, church, or HOA what they need in writing. More Bounce does not issue the permit. We can respond to a certificate request once you send the venue’s requirements.
Is the damage waiver the same as liability insurance?
No. The damage waiver is optional and is not a certificate of insurance. Liability coverage is the Commercial General Liability policy described above.
Does a COI replace my deposit?
No. A 20% deposit reserves the date. A delivery fee still applies to every order. Requesting a certificate does not replace booking or payment steps.
How do I request the certificate?
Email info@morebounceindy.com or call (317) 978-6040. Include the event date, delivery address, venue name, who asked for the certificate, and the exact additional-insured wording the venue provided.
